Jungho Kim(John) has nearly twenty years of business banking and mortgage banking experience, having arranged financing for over $500 million in loans over the course of his career. He has closed loans for residential mortgage loans as well as commercial loans for multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, mobile home park and ground leases amongst other asset types. John specializes in SBA, USDA B&I, and conventional loans. He is very engaged in every transaction from origination to closing, negotiating on behalf of his clients.
